Very old building heating wasn't working it was cold.
No staff availability most of the time. It took a while to call them until someone came to check us in.
Parking is challenging.
Location is great.
I will not stay again.

But you give us no information at the reception. Please be assured that we do our utmost to ensure that all rooms are properly heated.We also regret that you had difficulty reaching the staff and apologize for that. However, we are proud to say that our front desk is available to personally assist you daily from 06:00 - 11:00 Monday through Friday and 7-11:00 on weekends. Outside of these hours we offer a modern "self check-in" and individual check-in slots which are very popular and can be controlled via your cell phone. A 24-hour emergency hotline is also available for emergencies.We realize that parking in the area can be a challenge, but we are pleased to announce that we offer free parking right at the hotel. In addition, there is a large parking lot for SUVS and minibuses at Hofwiese in the immediate vicinity, which costs only 1 euro in the morning until 8 am.We appreciate your praise regarding our great location and hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with the best possible service in the future.

Great stay.
Posted 19 Oct 2022 on HotelsIt was great, apart from the check in, we had to wait for 30min till the lady showed up. Apparently they still have limited times of the desk hours which is not great when you travelled all day and need to wait.
Apart from that everything else was perfect, very nice stylish hotel, awesome location (city center).
The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very very pleasant.

Posted 11 Mar 2020 on HotelsVery charming! Every detail is thought of here but the architecture inside and outside makes this place really special. The staff are kind and helpful. Special bonus is the great Indian Restaurant across the street. Perfect for a romantic get away.

Consistently great service
Posted 25 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe staff here is always amazing! I needed to extend my stay and they were very helpful in moving things around to make room for me. I have stayed here numerous times, and only stay at other hotels when this hotel has no availability. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the Ansbach area!
