Restaurant always closed for Dinner
Posted 16 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe restaurant was closed almost every night which was poor. We had to buy food from the 7-11 across the road. Very disappointing. The staff were very pleasant.

Reasonable price with good service.
Posted 13 Apr 2021 on HotelsStayed here for 2 nights on my business trip. I found everything okay except for 2 things.
1. A/C seemed to be not working. The weather was really nice so I just opened the window (which was better for me because I could get some fresh air).
2. Not enough parking space and no valet. It was a bit stressful when I got back in very late, exhausted, and found that cars were even packed in front of the hotel lobby and there’s no place for my car.
For these 2 reasons some might not be satisfied with their stay. However, I think I would stay here again when I go to ansan.
