" Disgrace. Hotel manager charged the money and did not provide a room. We have reserved a room in Expedia site a day before arrival. Expedia approval accepet immediately. when arriving to the hotel at June 19 th afternoon, we realaized according to a message that was sent to us few hours before, that roon is not available and the hotel asks us to stay at another hotel they booked. We drove two the other hotel but a room was not reserved for us. Because it was late, we drove to another village...
