"The hotel is on the edge of the city center and only 2 blocks from the ocean. You would have to walk about 20 minutes for a small beach or drive 20 for a nicer beach. I rented a car and drove all over the island. Maria at the front desk was very helpful. Parking is hit or miss aw far as street parking. "I selected this property for one night because it was within 10 minutes of the Athens airport. It does not have a reception desk but their written instructions were very clear to gain access to the property. I wish I had more time because the property and the pool were lovely. "

"Very beautiful views atop a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean. The road up is a challenge, for sure. Probably unlike anything else you have driven, but very doable with a little patience. The size of the place it a little tight for a family of 4, but you can make it work. The pool and patio are lovely and the hosts are very kind. "

Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "

"This villa was truly like living in a dream. It’s exactly how it’s portraits in the pictures. The host was very welcoming, had lots of recommendations of restaurants, taxis and more. The cleaning crew were spectacular, the random gifts (raki, wine, pastries etc) oh we love it there. It was private, clean, quiet and dreamy. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "
