This hotel advertised a beautiful pool on the website only for it to be out of commission due to the liner once we checked it! We were there for my son playing ball and a pool to cool them off was a must. I cancels the room at Royal Inn once we seen the pool wasn’t up and running. I lost money on that and then booked another room with a pool. If your pool is not working state that in the website. False advertising if you ask me!

We are sorry for the inconvenience! Our pool was open but our pool liner broke so we had to close the pool. The pool is a complementary amenity so there was no extra free. We are currently waiting for the liner to come in and it will come in soon. Thank you for your cooperation!

This isn’t a bad stay for the price. Just depends on what you’re there for. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the towels were so stiff and scratchy. Coffee is just not something you want to even attempt. But overall not horrible. Unsure if I’ll stay again

The window/phone clerk attitude is not nice at all. His customer service is very poor. And on top of that the hotel is not up to par. My employees will not be coming back.
