This property is run down and dirty. Finish on bathtub was pealing off, molding along base of tub is falling off, floor in bathroom is rotting away and water seeping up through cracks, sheets had cigarette burns in them.

I liked the location and the hotel is good. Hot water was excellent. Overall the room was clean. I would stay here again.

There wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. The heat and air was not efficient. We were not happy and had to stay because it’s too much a hassle to change rooms or hotels. We’re are my rewards I have a card with you?

American Inn - Near Fort McClellan
Posted 31 Jan 2024 on HotelsI arrived at 7:30 PM, but the office was not open. There is a number to call for service. I called, and the clerk/manager came to the window after about 15 rings. The room was clean and basic. It served its purpose. I left at 7:00 AM, and the window was locked tight. No key drop--so I just left.
