Overall a budget hotel no fridge or tissues in room, however comfortable, great location, great friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for a good stay.

If you are coming in your own car, there’s no parking. Hotel shares with a public parking which can randomly be closed. There’s not even a bay for offloading luggage. Hotel in Expedia advertises parking available which is incorrect. You are better off booking at Novotel which has secure parking just below the hotel

This place is located minutes away from the train station and old town. You can easily walk to the Lac Annecy and main shopping district. The room was quiet and nice, although the carpet definitely needs to be changed.
