There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. "I would definitely stay there very central no need for a car. It’s perfect for 3 with total privacy. We had the unit overlooking the cathedral. It was bright and very comfortable."

"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"Was very nice Hostel and it was good because near to the Annemasse station 25- 30 min very easy to go to Geneva I enjoyed my holiday for that. Also, people are working in the hostel was very nice and helpful. "

"Family ski trip. The accommodation is beautiful the apartments are comfy and cosy. The spa is great after a days skiing. We took advantage of the in-house catering which was great after a days skiing."

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"A really beautiful hotel right by the lake. We only stayed one night but we will definetly come back again. The rooms were really nice, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. "The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "
