"We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "

"Excellent location. Close to bus station and in the heart of Old Town with amazing shopping and restaurant options. Best part of hotel was the very friendly and helpfuf staff. I arrived early and my room was not ready so my luggage was stored and I was given a tag to retrieve. I had a lovely walk in the area and when I returned, my luggage was already in my room, which was wonderful because there is no elevator/lift. I cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff!
