Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsRequested a light sunny room with balcony in the annexe, was given a room with small window and north facing over looking the car park, did not have sun at anytime of the day. After seeing the other rooms on the first floor, I realised ours was very much inferior despite paying £48 over the basic price. As a Hotels.com gold member I have yet to receive any benefits from this, I await your response.

Nice clean well maintained room. Friendly service. It's about a 45 minute walk from the train station and the historic center.

Posted 27 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe loved this hotel. Easy free private parking and a beautiful 20 min walk along the lake to old town. Front desk staff was very friendly and even stored a few things for us in their fridge. The hotel has a very nice patio in the front and we had a nice little private patio off our room. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
