charming little hotel in the centre of town
Posted 3 Oct 2024 on HotelsGreat location in the city, very close to old town. Rooms are not huge but have character, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. I had a room up in the attic, marketed as single but ok for two, sloping roof, loved it. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with upcoming events and guides. Only downside was that wifi on the top floor was patchy... sometimes worked ok sometimes not, it worked on lower floors perfectly well. very happy to recommend

This was a great spot to stay in Annecy. The price is reflective of what you get....our room was small and dated, with worn carpet. The bathroom could use a deep clean. The shower alternates between scalding hot, ice cold, and perfectly heated water. Parking is a few blocks away.
But the staff are fantastic and the location is excellent, plus you get a discount on parking. Very close to all the Old Town sights and shops.
I didn't have breakfast here, but it looked really good.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I spent two nights here and found the hotel excellent. As a solo traveller it was walkable from the station and conveniently situated for all facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I especially appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the willingness of the staff to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and feel I was so lucky to have chosen it. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff and the hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the station as well as the old town with the lake and restaurants.
