Amélie and her husband were so helpful and friendly! Coming to the property you have to go through "terminal" that are posts that block your way. There is a call button to get the posts lowered, and we had trouble finding that. Everything else was fine. Due to my bad back, the flights of stairs were tough. I wish there was a lift. But everything was so clean and the town of Annecy is so beautiful! Great hotel!

We really liked our stay. The hotel was clean, conviniently located just a few steps from the old town and the main touris spots. The host were very accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Good location near the old city. Lovely outdoor deck area for breakfast or drinks. Hotel dog is a character.
Breakfast was disappointing.
Staff were quite friendly but there was no effort to give any extra assistance eg bags.
The hotel seems to rely on its location and a constant supply of new tourists rather than providing a memorable and positive experience.
