This a wonderful property, with in walking distance of Annecy, the morning breakfast was very good. I would stay here again and we had fantastic time in the area.

Never stay here
Posted 2 Aug 2024 on HotelsNever stay here. Honestly, this is the worst hotel. It was under construction, and they did not warn us beforehand, and it smelled so badly. We complained to management, and they said sorry nothing they can do. If I could give it negatives stars I would 1 is too high. They were so rude and like take it or leave it. One receptionist even rolled her eyes at me. I can't believe how disrespectful they were. The shrugged shoulders and the blow off were so unappreciated.
The area is amazing just never coming back to this shifty hotel. Also, the bad lighting in the room and basic TV only. The bathroom wad dirty too. Just an overall bad experience. 👎

This hotel is much further away from the beach. It is not bad but not as convenient as some of your other options around the same price.

Hotel en gros travaux !
Un immense chantier…
Chambre renovee ok mais impossible de dormir avec bruit d une machine nespresso qui se declenchait toutes les 30min dans la chambre d a cote (inoccupée) mais qui devait etre contre le mur car enorme bruit dans ma chambre…
Pas d eau chaude pour prendre une douche avant de me coucher (coupure peut etre due aux travaux) a fuir en cette période
