The staff was really nice and the entire hotel and individual room was very clean and great amenities. I especially love that it's right around the corner from the mall and several shopping and restaurants.

After a disastrous first hotel, we had to flee for our sanity. My Mother and I came upon this hotel—shining like a beacon in the night, lol. But seriously, the rooms were excellent, the personnel were very helpful, and the staff that does the cleaning is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. You DO have to pay for parking, though. I think it was $10 a day. All in all, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

we are both in our 80s and had great difficulty navigating the bathrooms..It is unconsionable that there is a tub with no hand bars and extremely low toilet seats which my wife couldnt navigate without help.. you need to update the hotel to be more accessable and age friendly..I cant imagine any public accomidation without any safety equipment in every bathroom and areas needed..would never stay there again john reed 8433401434

Do not stay at this hotel. They charge guests for parking. An additional $20 charge. This is not a resort with amenities. It just a spruced up motel who adds parking fees without prior notice to guests. Have stayed here many times but not again. They got me once but never again. I hope the parking fee is worth it. The hotel has lost a customer
