Valet person was rude and indignant. However when we spoke to management she was very apologetic and listened and handled our concerns perfectly. Front desk person was less than welcoming. For the amount of money we paid there should be more amenities on the property and there are definitely paint chips and scuff marks in the room. Comfortable enough but not for the $$.

Housekeeping staff didn't clean the rooms properly. Found used dental floss on the floor.
Toiletries went empty in the shower. Took hours to get a refill.
Area floods during heavy rain.
Way overpriced during football weekends
