the smell of cigarette all over in room. the beddings are not clean. Breakfast is very poor.

The air didn’t work in the room, but the staff apologized profusely at check out. The breakfast was traditional Turkish, with tea—I did not see coffee. Kocatepe is up the street, and a bustling touristy area with plenty of restaurants and shops are down the street. The room was clean.

Excellent place, very well located, the staff is very very kind and willing to help. Rooms are confortable and quiet. I truly recommend it.

The girl who is there in the morning is super amazing and helpful but no one else k is English and it’s really difficult to communicate. I think this is not professional that a HOTEL staffs do not know English! The A/C was out of order for almost 4 nights and everyday I was told that it will be fixed tonight.
