Well it was nice, staff was a bit annoying like one time the fire alarm went off but no one said anything before it, it was at 11 am and then they apologized for not informing. And the first day when I checked in at 3 pm I slept, they kept calling and coming into the room, it was very uncomfortable and annoying and they apologized but at what cost? Other than this and the pricey dining it was fine and nice

Unclean bathroom and dirty front of vanity. Cleaned after warning. NO HYGENIC BAND on toilet seat, we are told they do not have this practice in this hotel. Inadequate lightning in bathroom and on vanity and safe box area. It is impossible to adjust AC temperature setting, AC noisy, long and very long non hygenic hair style of female food servers. Front desk, dining room, and all the rest hotel staff are VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. Breakfast is excellent quality and presentation. Overall quality of hotel (minus the excellent staff) is poor. It is significantly inferior to avarage class roadside hotels such as Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn. Significantly inferior but pricey compared to the smaller hotel just across the street from this Hilton.
