Well the history and the place is fab....the staff brilliant!! Dont go to a posh one come here!! The chef is the best..veggie heaven....its a older b and b..hotel..but thats India!! For the price you cant beat it!!! The staff cannot do enough...food....car...bike...laundry....fantastic!!! Anything...!!! Friendly easy going tell you all about Goa...India....the stories are great...everything spot on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting hotel.

Palacate Rodrigues is a very interesting hotel, because it is housed in a former Portuguese mansion and is furnished with antiques. Maintenance has been a little shaky though - our room did not have a screen on the window. The entire facility was a little rundown and was in need of a facelift. There is a nice pool outside. For the price, it is a good value.

Homely place worth the money

Quite a decent place with courteous and helpful staff. Peaceful surroundings, with Portuguese architecture. Had no complaints!

Very nice hotel. Best part of the hotel was the kind of ambiance and old hotel furniture. The staff were very friendly and helping, especially the hotel manager. He help us plan our tour very properly...

Schönes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel Freundliches Und hilfsbereites Personal Pool war nicht benutzbar, da verdreckt. Frühstück würde nach Bestellung im Kiosk geholt. Zimmer und Öffentlicher Bereich des Hotels hätten sauberer sein können

This is not the type of review that we like to see, and I assure you that I will be looking into each point that you have made. Regarding the swimming pool, it had a problem in which we requested all the guest not to use the pool till the problem was solved. Thank you for staying with us.

Pessima esperienza a Goa

L'hotel ha accettato la mia prenotazione prepagata su Expedia pur essendo in overbooking, al check in mi hanno detto che non c'erano camere. Dopo molte insistenze mi hanno dato una camera d'appoggio in una specie di dependance, in pessime condizioni. Dopo tre ore che ero li' due grossi ratti stavano tentando di entrare in camera dai varchi della tettoia, sono andato via. Peccato perche' il main building e' carino, ma questi comportamenti sono inaccettabili.
