The hotel staff mislead us for pickup from airport. They refused to clean the room as we checked in after 7 by saying that they don't do cleaning at night. The staff was very rude no proper backup in case of power cut and we had to suffer for hours without AC or fan. Even the TV didn't worked and no dedicated staff for cleaning and other services.

It is well maintained and clean. The staff is also good. Much preferrable place at Anjuna....!!

The hotel asked us to pay the hotel charges 12000 Rs in Cash. If you are running a business, I expect you to have electronic payment option available. Rooms were average, there is no breakfast.

Bad experience

Bad experience What you see as a picture is only the structure. Not at all maintained, the room on the whole is clean and nice for the price. But the overall approach to the hotel, its public spaces like lobby, railings, pool area, flooring, walls etc all not maintained and looks like a fading old house. The phone from room to reception does not work, as the reception never manned. If u need anything u have go all the way down to the reception and look for a person to help u. Not a feasible option. The pictures posted here are of when the hotel opened on the first few days, apart from that rest all is nothing good. We checked in at 1130am and checked out at 630pm Could not stand the pathetic state.
