Itbis close to Roma. But standard is so poor.
Price is high compare with location and service. Very standart breakfast

Hotel is about 20miles from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Room was clean, basic setup to sleep and shower, nothing fancy. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was light. A/C worked fine. Bus to the local train station stops right in front of hotel. To get from Massimino to Rome is about a ten minute bus ride to the hote then about an hour train ride into central Rome.

Hotel Massimino Anguillara, Italy

Although hotel outside Rome, train station close walk from hotel with a daily public transport pass to buy from shop next to station for only 8 euros for all train and metro use for the whole day, including return journey. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Accommodation very good & clean with tea/coffee making facility in room. Good breakfast selection & service.

People are so friendly in this place. They were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very close to the train station to go anywhere in Rome. Food was good. I recommend this place very highly.

This is a family run business and they go above and beyond to accomodate their guests in any way they can. When we get back in the area, we will stay with them again!
