"Absolutely adorable cabins with the necessities to make your own meals if you desire. The employees were so helpful and nice. We felt like we were at summer camp, in the best way possible. In my opinion, this was way better than any hotel. "

"We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things."

"I love the brand new building and all the hanging plants around the balcony was pretty. The kitchen had all ample utensils for cooking. The bathroom was beautifully put together. Not 1 bug got in the whole week I was there which for me made for a good nights sleep. There are 2 dogs next door that bark but its not too bad. Honestly I came to realize that I like those dogs barking some to keep bad people away even though the property is gated. I always bring ear puddy on my vacations anyway I find...

"This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. " I’m very picky about cleanliness so I chose this cabin because I could see while blankets & towels in the pictures & they didn’t disappoint me! All was perfectly clean & organized The mattress & pillows were very comfortable. "Cabañas del Rio was a wonderful place to stay in La Fortuna. We stayed in the family unit with three queen beds and a kitchen. It worked out great for our family of 6. Wonderful garden trail to watch for birds and frogs in the morning. Felt at home here! Clean, comfortable beds, spacious. Thank you for a great stay! "

When I arrived at midnight, they had my paperwork and keys laid out for me ( since no one was at desk). That was so helpful because I just needed to crash. Free breakfast was good and tasty. It's not a lush place, but definitely a good value for your money. Would definitely stay here again."

"Enjoyed this property and staff was so nice and accommodating. I had emailed them through Expedia app letting them know we were severely delayed bc of our flight. "We had a lovely stay. Very helpful staff. The reception team helped book a last minute guided walk in Monteverder NP. Bar staff were very friendly, even gave us some traditional Costa Rican cooking tips! Big room with a lovely view, when the weather allowed. Breakfast is definitely skewed in favour of those who like eggs! But very nice with fresh fruit and tea/coffee/juice."

"Everything about Camino Verde B&B was top notch! Diego and his team at the front desk were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly and provided fast service. You had a choice of five different breakfast combos that would suffice all diet types. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend a stay here!"
