An Okay accommodation in Clark
Posted 28 Aug 2022 on HotelsStaff were very accommodating and helpful, the pool and the resto bars are all nice- pool towels even provided, great location with everything that you might need on your stay. Rooms are very spacious but kinda dated, even saw several small cockroaches in the room

We had had a negative experience with a nearby property and had to cancel after one day. We found this hotel to be very clean – it’s clear there had been renovations since some of the older negative posts. The real High Point is the staff. They are very accommodating and truly wanted to make us all (3 rooms) comfortable. This is a pretty basic hotel and a good value for the money, but the excellent staff makes it special.

Nice Angeles City hotel. Rooms are a bit old which is to be expected in the area but they are clean and everything was in working order. The hotel was honest, they returned the 2000 peso deposit, the staff was friendly and helpful. An atm was right outside, standard 250 peso fee but very handy to have near. Only down side for families staying there is the sex tourists and their rented girls but they stayed to themselves and didn't bother us. We would stay there again.

Front Desk staff horrible.

Charged for towels that were not delivered. Room was not clean when checked in and was not cleaned after requesting it be cleaned. Condition of room was poor. Asked to speak to manger staff lied said he was not available. While my wife spent time chatting with the Manager the night before we checked out. ONLY positive was the bar and restauraunt staff did an excellent job.

toilet leeked badly and handle broken.
will not stop here again.

Too many problems. Not worth it
Posted 10 Mar 2022 on HotelsI had to be transferred three different times into a total of four different rooms during my stay because there was problems it time .
The staff was very nice and kind to transfer me into different rooms but they should have because there was a problem it's time . The first night the air conditioner was so loud that it was impossible to sleep . The second room had a ton of mosquitoes inside the bedroom and i got about 30 mosquito bite all over my body when i woke up in the morning period
A lot of the beds did not have two sheets only one sheet and a wimpy like it for the top which made it awkward . And also none of the bathrooms had but not so when you get out of the shower you track water all over the place and it's a problem .
Hot water did not work for several nights and the fixtures in the shower and the bathroom handles to turn the water on and off wear loose and old and not maintained and not working properly .
There were mosquitoes in more than one different room from my experience multiple bites multiple nights.
The staff was very nice and kind and understanding . The the swimming pool was excellent .
But the hotel in general is rundown and not maintained properly and there's a problem with providing the common necessities four people staying at hotels that are common to all hotels and accommodations .
Even though the price was only $20 a night . At this point i would not recommend staying there because of all the problems there was

Go in with your eyes open and your expectations low
Posted 4 Mar 2022 on HotelsIt's an old rundown hotel. The pics in the ad are completely deceptive. It may have looked like that once, but more likely the pics are highly whitewashed and photoshopped. If you go in knowing all this, then here are the good things. The staff was nice. The location is good. The rooms are big. There's a nice pool bar with an espresso machine. The price is low.

I booked my family to stay overnight, but they didn’t check in because when they went there, they were told that the hotel is only a quarantine facility and asked them to cancel. But the booking is non-refundable. It wasn’t stated in the website that it is a quarantine facility prior to booking. Absolutely disappointed and a complete waste of money.
