Terrible stay. very dirty rooms and toilet and shower were clogged. seems bed sheets were not changed. would not recommend .

People were smoking in the reception area, I advised the receptionist I had booked via Expedia but she couldn't find it. I showed her my booking number on my phone and she gave me a downstairs room. 10 minutes later they advised that I was in a superior room to my booking and moved me upstairs. There are only 3 cable channels two of which are non English. The window blind only opens half way and the rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. Mattresses have stains and the bedding is grubby

Posted 16 Feb 2017We were travelling with a toddler and we just need a good place to stay for a night so we could watch the hot air balloon fest early in the morning but we were surprised to find that the standard room (that we booked at a discounted price) turned out to be a suite room with a Jacuzzi. The linens are clean. The staff were also polite. Definitely a good budget choice.
