I tend to write positive reviews and rarely leave negative reviews but this place warrants one. The photos posted on Expedia were totally different from the actual conditions in the property. There was nothing complimentary, including bottled water. What used to be soap and shampoo holders and towel holders were taken down with no replacement. I asked for towels but was informed they only get replaced after two days, which did not happen. There were no trash cans until I requested one, which I had to ask for twice (I had to carry it back to my room). The staff was generally polite but only a few were actually accommodating. The room did not have good soundproofing and I could hear the sounds of the nightclub nearby. I wouldn’t consider going back.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms, common areas, and pool were very clean.

Nice, basic and clean. Located near most of the attractions in Angeles City.

It just okay. Make the bed sheet and towel better for improvement. They’re too washed out. And they still have stains, So i was afraid to use the towel ㅠㅠ
