We thought the property was for adults only however noted kids and kids diving in the no diving pool but not told to stop. Otherwise hotel is pretty good, staff on front desk are very nice

Stayed at queens a few times, always safe and clean rooms. Pool is excellent and staff are pleasant, good value for money

The resteraunt inside the hotel has a great burger! I did not try the steak but I hear great things. The staff was great! I did not like the attempted upcharge to have a second key card (250 Pesos/day) or the kettle and coffee upcharge (100 Pesos/day). I chose to do with out.
