Shower doesn't have its own glass door which makes the toilet place all wet when you take a shower. When I arrived all windows in the room were unlocked so if I didn't checked them before sleeping I didn't know what would happen to me. It was an unsafe place. The staffs working were not as good as what I was expecting they should be. At 9pm onwards there was a Chinese man shouting in the pool. He was very noisy. And my room was just right in front of the pool. It was very annoying. All in all, it's not a good please to have a peace of mind and rest. Not at all.

Review of Prism in Angeles City, Philippines
Posted 10 Aug 2024 on HotelsVery quiet location close enough to everything. Nice atmosphere. Only thing on a negative note was the pool wasn’t available for use, under maintenance during my stay, which I wish I would have known before booking. Overall good place, if I come to Angeles City again I will stay here.

The pool showed a small sign stating missing tiles. My son had a deep cut on his foot because of it. It should have been repaired rather than just showing a small sign. Lots of small ants in the room and it needed a deep clean and upgrading. The water barely ran in the bathroom sink, for example
