The room was pretty dusty hence I got pretty severe runny nose... all symptoms cleared once I left the hotel room...
On the plus side the hotel was well located inside a large shopping complex with plenty of dining options
Also good that room service was available 24 hours so that I have something to eat after returning from work
Staff members are very nice, friendly and professional

The staff is outstanding, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and quiet. It is right by the SM mall which has hundreds of options for shopping and eating. Wonderful hotel,

Good value safe and clean. Slightly isolated not always easy to get a taxi so make sure you have grab. About a 3 minute walk to the shopping mall transport center where it's easy to get a tricycle and sometimes a taxi. ~5 mins by car and 15 mins by foot to walking street.
There is a good direct bus service to Manila airport from the front of the shopping center (5 min walk from hotel). Try to buy tickets a couple hours in advance or maybe even day before.

Convenient location besides mall. Pretty much anything a long- or short-term traveller needs within walking distance. Rooms have ample space and amenities, are clean, and a free from outside noises.
