Hi, Agnes!
We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered booking online. We'd love to take a closer look into this. You mentioned that you booked a room online and then said, "room was not booked" followed by your observation on our guest accommodation. Just to clarify. could it be that there was a technical issue on our end why your booking got canceled? Or did you intend to cancel due to your observation? If it's latter, we'd like to thank you for your feedback. As a public accommodation company, we cannot discriminate against or segregate our guests based on their appearance, race, religion or national origin. We hope you understand. Please let us know if you have any other concerns.
In Kay Hotel and Residences, you are always welcome!

Hotel is in a good location, a bit far away from walking street but still ok. Telephone number on the net was wrong so I had to book via hotel.com. Price was 300 Pesos difference. Don't understaand why they don't accept credit cards at the bar. Pool is not maintained, so if you want a nice pool this is definitely not the place to go. Restaurant food is also ok, nothing special. All signs are written in Korean especially the ones in front of the elevators. Still don't know what was written there exactly

Unfortunately the bads outweigh the goods
Posted 22 Dec 2019 on HotelsPrice was cheap, staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and looked very lavish. The pool was large and cold, the beds were large and there were 2 which is relatively hard to find in one room. The room was large compared to most hotels. The aircon, fridge and WIFI worked VERY well, which is also hard to find. Free bottled water was good. That's about where the good news ends though. The hot tub was not working and looked like it hadn't for a VERY long time which is disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The rooms, hallways and rooftop pool area were unkept, dirty, in disrepair and in desperate need of refurbishment. There were stains and dust everywhere. Think about the worst you have ever seen, then double it. The signs to the rooms were confusing and you basically walk around blindly until you find the number you need. Room service menu is only local and Korean food, and there was not much option. We suggest ordering in ENVY home delivery. Beds were hard and uncomfy. No comforters. No hot water at all in the bathroom, so cold showers all around. Tea and coffee in room but no cups or mugs. Location is average. It could be great but needs a LOT of money spent on it and lots more cleaning staff.

Expedia needs to check on ALL the rooms in your portfolio. The room we were offered was disgusting and nothing like the one that was displayed on YOUR WEBSITE. I have am skeptical of using Expedia again.

Rooms are spacious enough, but not well maintained
Posted 4 May 2017Hotel provides basic amenities. Spacious enough room with large toilet. Rooms not well maintained though. Fixtures are falling off the wall; carpeted floors are stained and dusty - if you walk around barefoot your feet get dirty pretty quickly.

OK stay for 2 nights.

Cons: wifi coverage was bad. Passwords change daily. Add inroom minibar or at least refrigerator. Add bedside table lamps. Breakfast limited to 3 choices.
Location: Quite far up on Don Juico. But trike to walking street is 5 min, 100 peso.
OK stay for 2 nights. But not impressed. The touted rooftop pool and resto was closed.
