"Staffs were great, but one security guard was asleep on the job at the front door when I came in late night. HOT WATER PLEASE!!!!....it took a long time for the hot water to come out...the reason being?, the hot water heater was broke and the staffs had to shuffle me around room to rooms and from this incident, I became sick for couple of days.I even told the maintenance personnel what problem was, and the next day?, still nothing.
