This is the best value in town. We aren't Cadillac class wealth and our dollar is important to us.
The staff is wonderful. We like being able to cook our own food. It is quiet and safe. Located right near two entrances to Clark, between Korea Town and the bar district.

The water pressure was extremely low, I was on the third floor, and the steps are very high to walk on, the office was awkward to find, but the pool was very nice, and the rooms were clean. I did like the red mood lighting in the room. The toilet was too close to the sink to where the toilet lid cannot open properly. Therefore it is not secured to the toilet. In my opinion, it would’ve been more beneficial to have taken out some of the kitchen area and made the bathroom bigger.
Also 1982 called and they are asking for their oversize TVs back. With this much money put into the property flat panel TV’s would’ve been great.

Greetings, thank you for staying even just one night with us.I am terribly sorry when you checked in, the only available room was on the 3rd floor and sorry for that TV and the bathroom. The tenant before you just needed local TV channels to watch, my bad, I didn't bother taking that awful TV off for you when you checked in. By the way, you booked with a standard aircon room with no fridge and no TV. Most of our rooms that has smart flat screened TVs were occupied when you checked in. Flat screen smart TVs and or fridge are available upon request for additional fee.God bless and enjoy your vacation and your stay at your father's hotel: 3 min walk away from us.

Very clean homely friendly owners, helpful everything was fine no complaints what so ever.i would stay here again no problem nice hotel.

必要十分なホテルでした。
フィリピンは日本より涼しいので、エアコンなくても大丈夫。

場所については、フィールズからは遠くて歩いてはきついです。値段相応のホテルです、ただ
水もコーヒーもただで飲めますし、ジプニーのアクセスも良いですよ。
