Seems to have new management style. Even with my credit card on file they cut services when deposit level is used.
For an expensive hotel they are becoming hard to deal with.

I can only say that it was the best hotel I’ve experienced so far in the Philipinnes - clean, very well staffed, and the room was very pleasant with many creature comforts and amenities. The room service was unbelievably fast and very good. The restaurant was good also and were given a lot of attention to make our meals all the better! We loved it and will be returning soon! Our go to spot in Angeles from now on my search is over for the best place to stay when I can!!

5 star hotel. The price for the room keep going up. But a nice hotel. And the staff make it worth the cost.
