"My children and I returned for Part II of our stay at Novotel Manila Araneta City Hotel on July 4-8, 2025. 1) Housekeeping was quick to respond to our request for an extra bath towel and bathrobe. 2) AILEEN assisted us again in our check in and was her pleasant self as always! 3) We continued to enjoy the morning breakfast! Thank you again to the chefs and crew. The atmosphere was so welcoming, I invited guests to dine with me and my family. 4) Thank you again, Concierge staff for assisting us with the luggage upon our check out. And for ensuring we got on the right Grab car on our many rides. 5) My children LOVED the swimming pool! The view was especially beautiful at night! 6) The hotel's location was conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. One that one thing to note: the room did not come with smart TV.
