The staff was excellent. We loved all the Liverpool memorabilia & that the staff would let us hold the trophy, framed signed shirts etc. for photographs. We also loved that it was close to Liverpool FC's stadium.

Hispitality was outstanding, very close to the Anfield stadium. Perfect place to join a match day and enjoy the vibe.

Fantastic hotel, we were made to feel so welcomed and met some great guests in the bar, the grounds are beautiful and the decor is outstanding, room needed a little touch of paint but thats me being picky, will definitely be back

They need a lift to help people to get their luggage to their rooms.

Had to hunt for someone to check in. Found the staff in the bar, smoking. Room had no bedside table or lamp. Room was very clean. Had to go find staff for wifi password. Only one set of keys so had to go down to open the door for my friend when he went to the store. Not bad for the money, but they could up their game.

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we where made to feel very welcome
