"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

What I did not understand was that the 2nd bedroom only had room for a single bed ( bunks would have been great) so 1 child had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. "There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. "Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay.
