"This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We had a double and pullout / sofa bed. The air conditioning was very effective and the room very quiet. The swimming pool facilities are fantastic and a real highlight of a stay. We'd have appreciated longer hours for our kid to be able to use the indoor pool (perhaps lunchtime when the pool is a lot emptier). I'd suggest relaxing the hours in off-season also. "The hotel is lovely. It is right on the beach. It was very clean and the staff were charming. The rooms are quite small tho. Breakfast was delicious- croissant and bread, jams, cereals, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and tea. Just right. The town is very pretty we were lucky enough to be there during a festival so it was very busy on Saturday night. Sunday we discovered a covered food market and then a delightful street market with an array of artisan gifts."

"Petite erreur par le gérant qui m’avait noté sur le planning le lendemain. Heureusement la chambre était tout de même disponible. La chambre na pas pu être prête avant 21h /21h30. Le lieu est magnifique. Le petit déjeuné manqué de « protéine » comme des œufs par exemple et ou des flocons d’avoine à la place de céréales traditionnelles. "

"When we arrived at 5.00pm on Sunday afternoon the hotel was deserted. Automatic check-in machine! If someone had been at reception we would have asked to change our room,particularly as the place appeared practically empty, because our shower head bracket was broken so had to be hand held for the entire stay. Also being sited on the 2nd floor was difficult for us as we are both over 70 and have both had hip surgery. We enjoyed our continental breakfast each day and our swim in the nice private...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience was made exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Special mention goes to Barbara at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff."

Premiere Classe La Rochelle Nord - Puilboreau

"The door didn't close without us slamming it, some staff were very friendly but others were quite rude and didn't tell us when the breakfast buffet moved next door until we came downstairs and reception was locked so we knocked until someone answered. The area around the hotel is lovely but the hotel itself isn't the best. It's old, with black mold in the shower railing, orange soap scum staining the curtain and poor ventilation, even worse AC. Says the soap etc is included but provided only one hand soap which was poorly functioning as the bag inside the dispenser was broken. If you like lizards we did see one outside though, very cute."
