"Expedia did not submit my booking. I had to wait for hours until things were sorted out. When I thought everything is solved Expedia also forgot to submit that I booked breakfast. The receptionists were helpless and asked me to sort it out. But as a guest this shouldn't be my responsibility. The next day they provided breakfast complimentary because of the inconvenience. Generally the staff was very different. Some attentive an quick (especially during breakfast) and some quite some slow - but...

"Very cute little guesthouse. Note that it is in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to explore it's not very convenient. Also you are basically bound to the hotel restaurant, which is decent but not fancy. But the rooms and pool area are nice, with an exit onto the beach. Super good value for a getaway when you truly just want to relax :)"

"An excellent choice for the last day and night of a two week trip in Sri Lanka. Got to the hotel hours before the check in time, and was given a room straight away. There are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. Dinner at Ocean was fab! Cocktails at the roof top bar were nice. And the afternoon by the pool was chilled. "This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. "
