Pool temperature was very chilly and made it difficult to enjoy. Room only made up 1 time while staying 4 nights. Any requests needed to be made before 11:00am even for towels. We even emptied our own trash

My mom reserved a room for me during our horrible storm. She accidentally did it for the wrong date. This was a horrible natural disaster and they would not refund the room. Shame on y’all. That room went wasted.
