"It was a very good stay. I just want to highlight 2 aspects: the best thing about this hotel is the service of most of the staff. They were amazing! However Miguel in the reception was the exception. He was cold, he didn't offer to open a voucher for expenses that I needed to do afterwards, was professional but just doing the minimum. On the other hand, someone outstanding was Filiberto the Concierge. What a pleasure interacting with him!!! He was attentive and proactive... I can't say enough of...
