My shower did not work, I did not get internet service, front desk staff did not offer to move me to another room, plus I got woken up at 8:00 am to clean the room even though I did an electronic check out time at 10 am .

As Alaskan residents we always stay here when we travel up from Seward however, I don’t like the fact that you are charging a resort fee of $20.00 per night. It’s deceptive and may force us to shop elsewhere in the future. Please reconsider this so called “Resort Fee “

Staff was pleasant and helpful. My shower didnt work and the carpet was pretty worn and dirty. Seemed like everything needed a bit more care and updating.

I booked a king single got double queen. Asked for a 12:45 am wake until call. Never got one.

The carpet was old an appeared unclean. The bathtub was slimy and buckled under my feet. The general experience was- old and not very clean
