"Yolanda was the lady at the front desk and when went to our room and found the shower not cleaned, she apologized and upgraded our room with easy. Sheri, one of the cleaning staff also apologized and stopped by our room a couple of times to make sure that everything was okay. She also pointed us to a couple of great dining restaurants."

"Very newly remodeled (I suppose since the change from to Wildburch) which is nice. Clean and modern. This hotel is "long" which means if you are at the east end you are walking a long ways, just heads up. The coffee shop was nice and convenient. We felt safe in the area, the staff were friendly and attentive. We would stay here again."

"The gal checking us in wasn't very knowledgeable of the area, but she had just moved there herself. Parking wasn't very good....we parked in the back and there were several containers in the way....and it was very far from our room. Felt like every time we parked , we had to take a hike to get to our room down 3 corridors."

"This is the nicest place in town for the money. After staying in multiple different locations this is the only one I have returned to. The staff is amazing, the rooms are great and they don't quadrouple their prices during tourist season. Solid 10/10"

"Staff is very helpful and friendly. The area seems very safe. The city of Eagle River is a great little town. Lots of places to see and hike close by. We really liked Thunderbird Falls, a short drive away."
