Property was unique in that it is a historic hotel. Staff was friendly and the front desk was 24/7.

This is an amazing place to stay in Anchorage. The location was great for walking to meals and drinks, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Will definately be staying again.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful when answering questions! Will recommend this hotel to others. REALLY appreciated the locked front door at night/early morning for safety.
Rooms were spacious and well taken care of. Ample towels/toilet paper/supplies for our entire stay!

Great location from the train station as you just walk up a steep hill, stairs or on the grass. And the hotel is on the corner. Quaint and quiet. Close to where we had to board for the wildlife and glacier tour. Free hot breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, yogurt, fruit. Would definitely stay here again
