The beds were full-size instead of queen size. They made us pay for parking and then had no parking available and they told us to just go park at a paid parking lot. The sink did not drain and neither did the bathtub. The pool was cold and the Jacuzzi was out of service. The men at the very front were the only helpful ones.

Put it this way , if you’re going to run a hotel please run it with all the amenities that a hotel should have. This hotel did not even have a bell hop to carry my bags

Not the worst place Ive ever stayed....but not the best. Construction in the Lobby was so loud you could notbhear the person at the front desk.. our room was no joke 90°. We could not get it to cool down and our window also didnt open. The tub drain closed up and when we pulled it up to drain the tub the top of the drain came up. The room is extremely outdatted and the walls were very thin. I woke uo several times during the night due to noise in the halls/rooms next to us and from outside. Parking is also a block away. So when we forgot something out of our car.....it was a bit of a walk to go back and get it. For the money you pay to stay here.....I was NOT impressed. I will never stay here again. Upon checking out i was unable to express some of my issues. Due to the construction being so incredibly loud. I haded the front desk employee my room keys and he gave me the thumbs up.... The positive of our stay- beds were soft & comfy and so were the pillows.
