havac system was very loud. Place was clean but has the charm of a surgical ward.

It was nice to be able to bring my dog with epilepsy with us to stay, that way we are able to keep an eye on him. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious! Employees happy and helpful esp the breakfast guy. He deserves a raise!!!

I had called and spoke with a person at the desk and was told I could check in anytime after 12 for early check in. Around 3:40 I went to check in while on my lunch break and was told I was too early and my room wasn’t ready. After I explained that I had called I was told I needed a card on file and if the one I used to pay for the room would be that card. I used a travel site and paid through that site, the front desk had me swipe my card and charged me for the room a second time then said I needed to pay the $50 incidental fee. When I asked for the reservation number it was the one I had then informed her that I had already paid for the room. It has since been credited back. Later I went to get some items from the commissary and when I went to the desk to pay cash, the same front desk lady looked bothered I had cash because she had just counted her till and would charge it to my room. I had gone back to get a drink with cash and there was a different lady who was much more helpful. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again. Overall the room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was nice.

The only thing I disagree is the bedding not being changed the whole time we stayed.

Can’t be Alaska native at this property. Got discriminated here. Won’t ever stay again at any Hilton

I apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay, but I think we discussed the reasons directly with you as to why we had reservations about your stay. We cannot accept intolerable behavior. It had nothing to do with your race. We thank you that your reservation was without incident, but I am sure you are aware about the previous night.
