Not gonna lie these beds were pretty darn hard. Other than that everything went well. Our fridge was not working upon arrival and let staff know. By the time we came back from dinner they had replaced the entire unit. Let me tell you it feels so nice being so close to Disney. Would recommended!!

We have stayed at several properties in the surrounding property when visiting Disneyland. But nothing beats the walk to and from the Tropicana to the parks. At the end of a long day it is a relief to not have to walk an additional 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was very kind and allowed us to check in early. We had clean towels everyday. We did not use the pool but many families seem to have really enjoyed it.

Staff could have been a lot more friendly. A little bit more welcoming, and inviting would be nice for the price that you pay to stay here. The property is very outdated and in need of refurbishment with the bathroom specifically.

We loved our room, and the service provided by all, from the parking attendants, office staff and cleaning staff. Room was fabulous. If I could change anything it would be that parking was not included in the cost of the room - the room fee was high enough that I feel the parking should have been inclusive - but all in all we had a fabulous time/stay. Everything is brand new. My son thought it was nicer than the 4 and a half star hotel we stayed at in Mexico. Hyatt Riviera Cancun. The room was nice and the place is being constantly painted and maintained by a busy team of people. We added a kitchenette and it was like having a small apartment. I definitely would suggest this place!
