Stayed four nights for our Disney trip. We had a great time. Water park was great for my daughter. A very quick walk to the park entrance. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Our stay was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room that was closer to the street so you can hear the noise of the cars (loud ones ) we were on the 2nd floor and no elevator so having to do two trips to take luggage up was a pain. But overall I recommend. The walking distance to the parks was amazing. Loved it after longs day of walking it wasn’t that bad less the .50 miles

Water park was great for the littles! Pool area was also a nice addition. A super easy walk to Disney land, and lots of great dining options nearby.

We stayed here about 20 years ago. We was going to stay here again how ever this was going to be a replacement for a hotel we reserved 2 months ago. When we arrived to check in the manager notified us that they had no first floor rooms. He referred us to the comfort in accross the street. But the rooms were running $400 plus a night. Thank you Mike for trying to help. So honestly I can not give any additional information on this hotel.

Close proximity to Disneyland is literally the ONLY selling point to this dilapidated hotel which has chosen to coast on location and some snazzy photos of a water park.
The reality is the room we were in was disgusting. The carpet heavily stained and drawers/counters in various states of disrepair. The room had high ceilings which initially was given a pro but are not able to be covered so when the sun rises the room is VERY bright making it hard to sleep. The rooms have an Alexa device which the previous guests had set an alarm with and wasn’t reset (hello 5am). Finally the room had NO HOT WATER, when we voiced the concern they sent a person from the front desk (45 minutes later after a long day out) who contributed “yeah that’s not hot” and gave a key for a room on the same floor to take a shower…fine but still annoying. There was no other communication regarding the issue until we checked in later the next day and no offer of moving room etc.
I’m by no means a hotel snob but this place was GROSS… I have no idea why there are any positive reviews.

The hotel is nice quiet but the area walking to and from disneyland is a little stretchy. The rooms are always clean and comfy

Great stay. We were in building 6 and it was older but the rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was great at communicating about checkin and check out. Only issues were that the bath tub had some spots were it felt like it was sinking and the rooms weren’t very soundproof. Loved having a microwave, fridge and coffee maker and lots of space! Didn’t use the pool. All in all, great stay and very convenient to Disneyland
