Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very clean and didn’t smell . Air conditioning was good . Thank you to the front desk for making sure our two rooms were by each other .

When we got back from Disneyland late at night, the bed sheets, pillow cases, comforter were missing. We had to call front desk and they sent someone up to bring us new sheets, but then we had to make the bed ourselves after a long day. It ended up being midnight before we got to sleep. Also, it seemed housekeeping threw away our clean plates, silverware, a bunch of bananas, coffee, and other items we had on our table. We were planning on using/eating them throughout our stay. We had a copy of a map, bus routes, other info, and spare room key sitting on the counter and when we got back from Disneyland, it too got thrown out.

Excellent experience overall staff super friendly and definitely felt safe here with my little one and it was right next to the Disney parking lot super close

Great staff, great clean rooms, great breakfast, clean pool and bubbling jacuzzi. I usually stay at Holiday Inn express for the free breakfast but we did have to pay but it wasn’t expensive, it was delicious. Also had to pay for parking which I didn’t expect. It would’ve been great if those type of expenses were in the website, hence the 4 stars. Overall great experience!
