Outside was beautiful and clean, the rooms need modernization (1987 TVs, lack of toilet paper, no hot tub).

Would have rated my stay 4.5 stars. Food, shuttle service and overall stay was amazing. My only gripe is the parking was a scam in my opinion. They even mention no refunds if you pay at the front. Not quite sure how to get out of property unless you pay while your trying to leave. Wouldn't recognize parking ticket while trying to leave property. Called later to rectify issue no response whatsoever. Payed 100 bucks more than advertised for parking. Still a fair deal but not as advertised.

The Bus to the Parks is the real special amenity here. The Hotel is outdated but nice enough. It needs a makeover.

The rooms were not as clean as we expected. Older amenities , the tub was filthy.

Love the spacious rooms and the Disneyland shuttle!!! Breakfast is decent and my daughter loves the fish tank and koi pond. Rooms are older but it doesn’t bother us for the price and convenience.

Upon entering the unit dirty towels with hair. Tub drain was broken showerhead leaking.

You can hair the people next room to you the fridge was not working, they not clean the room for 3 days straight

Bathroom was smaller than I was expecting and the shower had some drain issues but other than that the stay was amazing, the staff is outstanding and the place is quite beautiful. I was very happy with our stay!

The hotel was clean and very convenient to get to Disney. It offered great choice of food.
