When we turned up I had a cough and sore throat, and the lovely lady on Reception rushed off and gave me some honey and a lemon! That is excellent customer care!!
The hotel is walkable to Disneyland, and if you walk to the Toy Story car park close by, security is done there before you board the shuttle bus, so you save long lines at the park.
It's also walkable to a beautiful Cheesecake Factory which we highly recommend for a lunch visit!
