Courteous staff. Walking distance. Toilet wasn’t working properly. Room was spacious and clean

INSIDE ROOM:
Paint chipping off walls; dirty air conditioner; spider webs in corner of room; dirty countertops with some sticky residue that resembled syrup; missing call phone; no lamp; bed was broken with springs popping out, making it very uncomfortable to sleep in; bed sheets made us itchy and caused hives all over body that seemed like an allergic reaction; pillows smelled bad; sheets were not clean or fresh; bed did not have fitted sheet only mattress cover; mildew on bottom trim of walls in every room; dirty walls; refrigerator missing handle; stains in the jetted tub; broken drain in jetted tub; jetted tub dial almost broke off wall when I turned it; rusty TV wall mount; terrible and slow internet; dirty window curtains; dirty windows; mold above wall near jetted tub; jetted tub button seemed to be popping out and loose; no ventilation above jetted tub; microwave was dirty; chrome desk legs were rusted; light fixtures were half popped out.
BATHROOM:
Rusted drain in shower; irregular water pressure from shower head; mildew around toilet; shower curtain smelled like mold; towels smelled like mold; no shampoo or soap; sitting water in shower; even the water smelled bad!
OUTSIDE AND AROUND PROPERTY:
Sex workers around every corner; dangerous at night as there are sketchy people; junkies yelling at the sky; hoodlums everywhere;
FINAL THOUGHTS:
I really wanted to like this place, but I didn’t expect it to be this trashy! I’m not even a picky person.
