This was our 5th stay in the last 2 years, it seems like this hotel has been going down hill. We loved our first few stays, but after this last one we think were done with Hotel Lulu. The bedsheets were stained, the room smelled kinda funky. Its hard to describe it exactly but it was kinda like sweaty pillows. The outlet on my side of the bed was dead so the lamp didnt work and I couldnt charge my phone. Saturday night there was a group of people in the hallway yelling and running around at 2am. No hot water in our shower the first night(this is kinda typical in hotels in popular areas so not a huge deal). Theres ice machines on the 2nd and 4th floor, kinda lame if youre on the 5th, even lamer if the ice machines arent working when you go hunting for one. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable as well. I know these are all minor problems, but comparing our recent stay to our first one, its sad to see how much this hotel changed. Im not sure if its under new managemt, or if they have staffing issues, but some improvements need to be made. If youre looking for a budget hotel, and dont mind dealing with some less than average accommodations, this is your hotel. If you expect a better stay, just go to a little more expensive hotel, the extra money will be worth it.

Very solid choice when going to the Disney parks and/or attending a function at the convention center. Very cute, very clean, very safe and a wonderful staff!! We will definitely be back and I recommend you think about staying here as well!!

I liked how close it was to Disney and how secure it felt.
